Our services
Navigation Services
Court & Support Navigators support navigation through the court system. This support may include: Information about the criminal justice process and what you can expect, court updates, court preparation and orientation, and court accompaniment.
Community Referrals & Agency Connection
Court & Support Navigators work directly with local community partners and agencies to support victims with additional resources or services.
Case Management & Information
Our team will monitor and manage information regarding your case/file. Details that support you and your case will be provided to help keep you informed about the court process.
Victim Services Programs & Documentation
Our team assists and provides victims with documentation and information such as: Victims of Crime Protocol, victim Impact Statement, community Impact Statement, restitution, and victims of crime assistance program
Partnering with local RCMP
Our Court & Support Navigators work directly alongside local RCMP detachments across Eastern Alberta, helping connect victims with support quickly after a report is made. We meet regularly with local police to strengthen that relationship and make sure referrals reach the right person without delay.
Support is also available if you haven’t gone through police — there’s no wrong door. Reach out any time, and we’ll help you find the right resources.
